Pop can Drawing

My overall experience with the pop can drawing was good... well okay. I thought my pop cans turned out okay, but they could definitely be improved. It didn't help that if you didn't finish in one day (which didn't happen anyways), you had to use a different can. My doing this, it made it way more difficult than what it should have been. People would rip off the tab to the top of the can, so if you didn't have that part done, well you'd pretty much have to imagine it, or find another one. And the same with the smashed can. If you started with one can that was partially smashed, then the next day you get a totally ruined can... it's extremely difficult.
Although it was difficult though, I'm satisfied with it. Everything pretty much turned out okay. Although, I could have put more detail into the smashed can. The dents and marks could have been better.
With this drawing, I learned how to draw... well, a pop can. But literally, I learned how to put detail and use perspective in my drawings. These don't look extremely three dimensional, but it was one of the first 3-D drawing I drew in art class.
And if i did this project again...and  I had to change something, I'd change the problem with the cans. Everyone would have there own can, and the drawings wouldn't get all messed up.

My Still-life

While I drew my still-life, my overall experience was great. I  actually really liked drawing this. We had plenty of time to get it done, and not only finish but to make it look the best it could( if you tried). We could also socialize with peers and have an overall great time with it.
A lot of the reason my overall experience with this drawing was great, was because this piece, in my opinion, turned out amazing. I didn't think it was going to turn out as well as it did. Everything turned out great, the objects, my shading, and even the object placement.
I learned how to shade without using my fingers. This shading makes the drawing look more three dimensional and it gives it way more value.
If i had to do this project again, I guess the only thing I'd change would be the point of view. By moving somewhere else, I could get more experience with drawing and make my art look more 3- dimensional.

Spongebob- Character Drawing

To start out,  my overall experience drawing my character, Spongebob, was okay. I probably could have colored him a little better. But, I am satisfies with the way my drawing turned out. I'm satisfied because it actually looks like the real thing (mostly anyways).
Mostly everything turned out while I was drawing this. I think the only thing that didn't was coloring him. Coloring my drawing with colored pencils was actually really difficult to just make it look decent. Especially on the tables in the art room. Anyways, the coloring didn't work out.
I learned that I could actually draw Spongebob really well, and that it takes a lot of patience to make a drawing look really good. If you take 5 minutes to finish a project, 90% of the time, it isn't going to turn out like some five hundred dollar drawing.
If I did this project again, I'd probably change some of the colors I used. I'd probably take more time coloring it well too.
